Mac Nation Power Ranking v4

Cagt - January 17, 2018

Each season, many Little Macs accross the world fight to represent our character in bracket and strive to make great plays in tournament. Here, we take the 10 best of those players and highlight their feats and accomplishments for everyone to see. Every PR becomes increasingly difficult to make, and this one was no exception.

Before we proceed, there are a few key changes made to the rankings announced a while back that we would like to go over once again:

SEASON LENGTH
While the Mac Nation PR will remain biannual (twice a year), the dates have been slightly modified. The MN PR v5 will last from January 1st to June 30th (Winter + Spring), and the MN PR v6 will last from July 1st to December 31st (Summer + Fall). To adjust to this change, we have adjust the length of the MN PR v4 to last from July 17th (post-EVO) to December 31st.

RESULTS SUBMISSION
As you may have noticed during the month of December, we have opened up a form for players to submit their results for the council to see. We of course keep track of all results from PGR events and such, but it can be tough finding local results and contacting each player individually. We will continue to use this for future PRs, so if you have what it takes, or suggestions on how to improve it, take the opportunity!

NOTABLE OMISSIONS AND HONORABLE MENTIONS
We have decided this season to not declare any notable omissions or honorable mentions on the MN PR v4. We had no special case that warranted a notable omissions section like last season, so there was no need for it. As for honorable mentions, the change was made to push players even more to be able to make the Top 10 among the others.

You can read more about the first two points made here: http://www.twitlonger.com/show/n_1sqadno

Similar to previous seasons, the Mac Nation Power Ranking v4 will be revealed over the course of 5 days, between the release of the PGRv4 and Genesis 5. You can find the dates below:

JANUARY 14TH: PR Players #8-7

With a patient and calculated playstyle, he has further made a name for himself in Japan, placing 33rd at both Umebura T.A.T and Umebura 30, and taking down players like Kuro, Some, Fuwa, Gackt, and Onpu. Dashing in seemingly out of nowhere to take the #2 spot is the Kanto Little Mac Tarakotori! He has beaten Raito, Rain, Shogun, FILIP and Eim, along with placing 17th at Umebura T.A.T and 33rd at Umebura 30. He's also gotten other wins over Es, Kept, Ke-Ya, and had Top 8 finishes at smaller regional events such as Shullabura 11 and TSC 6.

The legendary Eman "pu55yk1ng" Baha takes the crown of the #1 Little Mac on the Mac Nation Power Ranking v4!
