Link has the ability to mix up his recovery in a variety of different ways, so you have to figure out what triggers each way of edge guarding, and bait it out. Once you have baited them, you need to figure out how to punish it without making it too obvious. Try to think about how your opponent plays Link. Everyone plays Link differently.

Any stage is good. Link doesn’t do that bad on many stages. But whatever you do, don’t choose Pikachu’s best stages in Kalos Pokémon League, Lylat, and most of all Final Destination.

If they can only ban two stages, you always have your 3 best to refer to: Kalos Pokémon league, Lylat, and most of all Final Destination. If he bans two, pick the third. If he bans none, chose the one that they have the least experience on, just do FD.
